Two HYDROMASTER deck mounted propulsion units have been recently commissioned to propel a new Floating Bridge crossing the Suez Canal at Ismailia. Build by Port Said Shipyard, a leading shipyard in Egypt, it is one of the many new floating bridges erected by Suez Canal Authorities to cross the Suez Canal, all propelled by HYDROMASTER thrusters. The bridge is 255 m long, operation and closing of the bridge takes less than 10 minutes.
